What does a session look like?
At Advanced Mentality, we encourage you to bring a friend or teammate and work in groups of 2 or 4. We have found that adding in competition not only makes it more fun, but raises your level of focus and performance. However, 1-on-1 sessions are always available.
A typical session is divided up into two parts: sport specific personal training and enhancing your sensorimotor skills with the sensory station. For the sport specific personal training piece, we utilize stroboscopic training with our strobe glasses and focus on sport specific drills to enhance your performance. After we do an evaluation on the sensory station to assess your strengths and weaknesses, we are able to utilize 14 training modules all tied to different sensorimotor functions in an effort to specifically train your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
