Owner - Joe Gazza

Since graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Psychology in 2012, Joe Gazza has been working for Norton Sports Management, a professional sports agency, as both the Director of Marketing and as a player agent. Although Norton Sports Management’s focus is primarily NHL players, he has also worked with NBA, NFL, WTA, and Olympic athletes. Joe also is a member of the Cumberland Valley High School Varsity football staff and serves as the quarterback coach and assistant defensive backs coach.

Joe is the President and co-founder of the State of Hope Foundation, a charity he created with former NFL player, Nate Stupar, and his wife, Marissa. State of Hope was created in an effort to provide disadvantaged children with positive life experiences in Centre County, Pennsylvania.

Joe’s lifelong goal is to take what he has had the privilege of learning through his work with professional athletes and pass it along to youth athletes and their families. Advanced Mentality gives him the opportunity to work with local athletes of all sports to help give them the edge he knows is necessary for them to achieve their goals and bridge the seemingly enormous gap between being a professional athlete and an aspiring one.

Joe and his wife Kristen are both from State College, Pennsylvania, and are Penn State University graduates. They moved to the area so that Kristen could pursue her passion for dance as the owner of Carlisle Dance in Carlisle. They currently reside in Mechanicsburg with their two sons, Logan and Leo.
